You will be primarily responsible for the success of your store – from store sales and profitability to the provision of quality, fresh food, first-class guest service and operational excellence.

  • Ensure the quality of all food is always at its highest and freshest.
  • Ensure the staff follow all food preparation and hygiene standards (Food Standards Act)
  • Ensures staff comply with GMP/GHP policies
  • Recognise high and rectify low performers.
  • Respond to requests by the Owners in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Operational management: Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies, and overseeing general maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Financial management: planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by Management, controlling takings in the store, administering staff rosters, Redcat Reporting etc.
  • Balances / Maintains accurate cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies via Redcat End of Shift procedures 
  • People management: recruiting new staff, training, and developing existing staff, motivating, and encouraging staff to achieve targets, preparing and coordinating staff rosters (complete understanding of team roles and responsibilities).
  • Sound understanding of the Point-of-Sale System REDCAT.
  • Ensure Operational duties are being adhered to as per Team Roles
  • Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the store is complying with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service are always observed.
  • Implementing, and instilling in their teams, company policies, procedures, ethics,
  • Handling customer complaints and queries.
  • Ensure Delivery Partners processes are operational timely.
  • Ensure Specials are correctly displayed and promoted for customers in a timely manner including Redcat POS Update.
  • Reporting to and attending regular meetings Management.
  • Establishing relationships with the local community and undertaking directed activities which comply with the company’s corporate social responsibility programs.
